রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি

রিটার্ন শর্তাবলী
- পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং আসল প্যাকেজিং অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে আমাদেরকে প্রমাণসহ (ছবি/ভিডিও) জানাতে হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
- অর্ডার বাতিল বা সফল রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর রিফান্ড শুরু হবে।
- রিফান্ড একই পেমেন্ট মেথডে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পূর্ণ হতে ৭-১০ কর্মদিবস লাগতে পারে।
